Dr. Danielle L. Green is a dynamic nonprofit executive with over twenty years of experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, and mission-driven growth. Passionate about empowering individuals and organizations, she excels at bridging strategic vision with operational excellence and ensuring teams have the tools and structures they need to thrive.

Danielle collaborates closely with senior leadership to guide the organization’s growth, optimize key operational functions, and align strategy with the organization’s values, mission, and long-term sustainability. She also partners with institutional leaders to establish policies and processes that foster equity, resilience, and a strong community-centered culture.

Danielle is a dedicated mentor and leader who balances accountability and affirmation in her management approach. She helps professionals recognize their unique genius and chart their path forward. Her expertise spans DEI strategy, executive coaching, leadership development, and nonprofit sustainability.

Danielle holds a Psy.D. in Organizational Leadership Psychology from William James College, an M.S. in Business and Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Music from William Paterson University. Her recent research explores DEI intervention and facilitation, nonprofit executive coaching, the role of serious leisure in self-efficacy and well-being, and radical self-care as a framework for professional development. In addition to her executive leadership, Danielle is a faculty member in the Organizational Leadership Psychology M.A. Program at William James College, where she mentors future leaders in the field.
